Web-God's Terms Of Service Upon Using the Web-God site, or signing up for Any
service offered by Web-God.com, all visitors, clients and customers agree to comply with Web-God's Terms of Use. The
spirit of this policy is to ensure our customers are using Web-God's services with due regard to the rights of other
Internet users and in conformity with the requirements of Web-God's network environment.
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, and Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our service, We will refund your money within 30 days of signup. (This decision will
be at our Sole discretion in order to prevent malicious use of our hardware and bandwidth). After 30 days there will
be no refunds given.
Illegal Use
Web-God's servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution
of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited
to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material
that is obscene, defamatory, violent, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of unacceptable
content or links include: pirated software, hacker programs or archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots.
Adult Content:
Web-God does Not permit Adult sites.
Revocation:
Web-God reserves the right to cancel, and revoke all use of our servers without notice should
we see fit. This includes any and all access to receive or recover data placed on our servers. No Refunds will be applicable should we
deem this action necessary.
Security:
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability.
Examples include but are not limited to the following: unauthorized access, use, probing, or scanning of systems security or authentication
measures, data, or traffic; interference with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding,
deliberate attempts to overload a system, broadcast attacks; forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in
an email or a newsgroup posting. Such violations will immediately result in forfeiture of any and all rights, and monies held by Web-God.
Server Resources:
Any web site that uses a high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU time, memory usage, and network resources)
will be given the option to either pay additional fees (which will depend on the resources required), reduce the resources used to an
acceptable level, or upgrade its service to a Dedicated Server plan. Web-God shall be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be
a high server usage level. Any web hosting account deemed to be adversely affecting server performance or network integrity will be shut
down without prior notice.
IRC:
Web-God does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
UCE (Unsolicited Commerce Email) - SPAM:
Spamming, the sending of unsolicited mass email from or through a Web-God server or using an email address that is maintained
on a Web-God machine is STRICTLY prohibited. If any of Web-God's IP address is listed in SPAM Block List because of the SPAM
from the domain that is hosted in our server, that domain will be removed immediately, and without recompense or appeal. Web-God
will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Server Abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Web-God server, client, or customer are strictly prohibited.
Actions Taken by Web-god. com
The failure by a client, or customer to meet or follow any of the above Terms of Use is grounds for account deactivation.
Web-God will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use. Web-God reserves the right to remove
any account without prior notice. When Web-God becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Terms of Use, Web-God will initiate
an investigation. During the investigation, Web-God may restrict or revoke a customer's access in order to prevent further
potentially unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, Web-God may, at its sole discretion, restrict,
suspend, or terminate a customer's account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, Web-God
will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities of such violation.
Web-God does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from Terms of Use violations.
Web-God customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web-God from any and all claims resulting from the use of our services
that damages them or any other party. All Web-God services are provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or
non- infringement. Web-God expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that the Web-God service will be error-free,
secure or uninterrupted. Web-God expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that software, data, information and or
material on Web-God servers is safe from loss. No oral advice or written information given by Web-God, its employees,
licensors or the like, will create a warranty; nor may you rely on any such information or advice. Web-God and its partners
and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the
service.
Responsibility for Content
You, as Web-God's customer and/or client, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your Web-God
server. Web-God will not be liable for any loss of software* or data** in and by any definition of the terms software* and data**
and code. Thusly, Web-God requires our clients, and customers to backup their own content frequently.
Modification
Web-God reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its Terms of Use at any time without notice.
*Software is defined as any program, or program module, or program feature, or program tool either active or
inactive, as well as any form of code storable and or transmittable in binary code, or any other form.
**Data is defined as any item storable in any code, or binary form.
